Country Approval means that the new nation is satisfied, when the existing nation refers it as recognized nation.

Aldough Republic of Crimea was created illegally, Russia approved it.  ​​

Therefore, the country is legitimate for Russia.​

 

@ recognition of governments(政府承認)

 

If a new government replace the existing government illegaly by a revolution and a coup, the existing foreign country can say that the new government formally recognized. Then, new government is recognized as authentic by the existing foreign country.   

 

Although the ruler of interim government took office illegally Ukraine, EU governments permitted justification of its.Therefore, interim government of Ukraine is justified for EU.

 

국가승인은 기존국가가  신생국가를 국제법의 주체로서 인정할 때, 그 신생국가가 인정되는것을 의미합니다.

 

러시아가 크림공화국을 신생국가로 인정해서, 새로운 크림공화국은 러시아에 의하여 국가승인을 받은 것에 해당됩니다. 러시아가 승인해주기 전에는 불법국가 상태였지요.

 

만일 어떤 나라들이 불법으로 집권한 현재의 우크라이나 혁명정부를 정부승인의 형태로 인정해주면 그 때부터, 새로운 혁명정부는 승인해 준 나라에 대하여 합법성을 가지게 되는 것입니다.
